– PAYMENT METHOD:
Our shipments are paid by credit card, PayPal or cash. If you choose either option, payment details will be sent to you as soon as you have placed your order. During the checkout process, each amount is itemised and detailed before the order is confirmed.
– SHIPPING
- SHIPPING Free shipping from €60 to all destinations in Tenerife. Shipping to one of our pick-up stations is free of charge.
- Flat rate shipping (€7) for amounts under €60 to Tenerife North.
- Flat rate shipping (€10) for amounts under €60 to La Laguna and Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
- Flat-rate shipping fee (€15.00) for amounts under €60 to Tenerife South.
- We only ship to the island of Tenerife. For shipments to the Iberian Peninsula, please contact us.
- IMPORTANT: The delivery and recipient identification data must match in order for the order to be delivered. The order will only be delivered to another person if the customer sends a written authorisation stating the recipient’s first and last name and ID to martin@greenbodega.org. Otherwise, Finca Viva reserves the right to refuse the return or refund, and the buyer will bear the cost of a second shipment or, if they wish to hire a transport company to collect the goods, at their own expense.
- The delivery time can be viewed in the product catalogue once payment has been confirmed.
- Does not apply to professional rates and points of sale.
- Once the goods have been released, we are not responsible for delays beyond our control.
- Orders placed and confirmed after 10:00am will be counted the next day.
Orders received after Friday at 10.00am will be considered and prepared on the Monday of the following week so that we have time within the delivery time we offer for despatch.
Shipments of insects, earthworms and live micro-organisms must be prepared on the farm to ensure they arrive fresh and in good condition. They may also be delayed due to unfavourable weather conditions if the order cannot be prepared.

Products
No returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons other than errors or defects in the products.
Returns or refunds will not be accepted for orders where transport problems have occurred due to an error made by the customer when filling in the delivery or recipient details. The telephone numbers of the contacts must correspond to the recipient indicated in the order or the person authorised by the buyer. This person must be available within 72 hours of the initial contact or return calls to avoid the return of the parcel and additional costs. In the event of a return for this reason, the cost of a second shipment will be borne by the buyer. Please note that we do not accept returns of our agricultural products.
If the product has not been delivered for one of the following reasons:
- Incorrect telephone number, no reply or repeated reply.
- Incorrect address.
- Repeated absence of the buyer at the place of delivery.
- Unauthorised consignee. * Shipping companies do not deliver goods to another person without authorisation.
And there is evidence of incidents in transport for any of these reasons. Finca Greenbodega reserves the right to non-return or refund, with the cost of a second shipment to be borne by the buyer or, if he so wishes, to hire transport for collection at his expense.
Workshops
We accept workshop cancellations under the following conditions:
Up to 10 days in advance we will refund the full price, up to 7 days 50% and up to 3 days 25%.
